By accessing our websites or using our services (training or property-related), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Eligibility
LMS users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in the Philippines.
Real estate buyers/sellers must comply with all applicable PH property and financial laws.
3. User Accounts
Users must register with true, accurate, and updated information.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
EZHomes will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree NOT to:
Misuse or hack our websites.
Share LMS accounts or training certificates fraudulently.
Upload unlawful, offensive, or plagiarized materials.
Copy, resell, or redistribute our course content or property listings without consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, courses, property listings, photos, videos, and documents) are owned by EZHomes.
Users are granted a limited license to use content for learning and property purchase purposes only.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments & Refunds
Payments must be made through our official channels.
For real estate transactions, refunds follow the terms of the Reservation Agreement and applicable law.
For training, refunds (if any) follow our published refund policy.
7. Certification & Training
Completion certificates are granted only upon meeting course requirements.
EZHomes reserves the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraud or misrepresentation.
8. Real Estate Transactions
All property sales, reservations, or rentals facilitated through EZHomes are subject to separate contracts (e.g., Reservation Agreement, Contract to Sell, Deed of Sale).
Website listings are for information purposes only and may change without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an “as is” basis.
EZHomes is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or third-party acts.
10. Termination
EZHomes may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Users may request account deletion by emailing info@ezhomesmarketing.com.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be filed before the proper courts of Cavite or Metro Manila.
